1: When is your secretary’s office open?

Ms Roulin, our assistant, will answer your calls every day from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2: What are your consultation hours?

Our consultation hours are:

– Monday  8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
– Tuesday  8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
– Wednesday 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
– Thursday  8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
– Friday   8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
– Saturday  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Outside these hours, consultations are available upon request.

3: I do not have private/semi-private insurance; can you still take care of me?

All consultations at the practice are covered by your basic insurance.
For outpatient surgery (procedures not requiring hospitalization), your basic insurance will cover your care without issue. For procedures requiring hospitalization, it is possible that your insurance will cover your care under certain conditions. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information…v

4: How can I get to your practice?

Our practice is located at the entrance to the Clinique La Source.
By public transport: TL Bus No. 2. Stop: Vinet (link to TL website)
By car: You may use the Clinique La Source parking lot (paid parking) without any problem. From there, it is only a few meters to our office.

5: What to do in case of emergency?

If you are already one of our patients (operated or awaiting surgery), you will have received a card from our practice with a phone number that can be reached at any time.

If you are not yet our patient, you can contact our practice during office hours. Outside these hours, we invite you to go to the emergency department of the Clinique La Source (open daily until 9:00 p.m.) or the Clinique Cecil (open 24/7).

5: I have already consulted and would like a second medical opinion

We are happy to provide a second medical opinion within our fields of expertise. We can either see you in person for an in-depth evaluation or provide this service based on your medical records for simpler cases. This service is reimbursed by all health insurance plans (basic or private).
